This Shipping Policy explains how Imayoma Essentials processes and ships orders placed through our website.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once available.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the United States, the European Union, and selected international destinations.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are unfortunately unable to ship to your location at this time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on the destination, shipping method, and carrier.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- High-demand periods
Imayoma Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Imayoma Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the damage.
Claims submitted without evidence or outside this timeframe may be rejected.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures .
Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
